Mason is home to King's Island, the most visited seasonal theme park in the US and recently named the best theme park in Ohio for families and young adults.
It boasts over 80 rides, shows and attractions, including 15 roller coasters. The new Diamondback roller coaster is the tallest, steepest and scariest in the park. The Beast, a 30-year favorite, is also not for the faint of heart. The tamest coasters are located in the park's Nickelodeon Universe, which has been repeatedly voted the "Best Kids' Area in the World." Kings Island also includes a 15-acre water park, Boomerang Bay.
